Players out on loan are

Scott Dann
Jonny Harkness

I our management have learnt a valuable lesson - Dont let loaned out players become cup tied!! Interesting as i think they should have clicked when clubs that we were loaning from wouldnt let the players play ion the FA Cup! Its a shame as these players could of helped us out of our trouble and most of these have been playing in Merthyrs league this season so will know what to expect.

About Merthyr Tydfil

This seasons record in the league

Merthyr Tydfil116322314921

They currently lie in 8th but have at least two games in hand on everyone else in the league.

Merthyr Play at the Perrydean Stadium, it is a small ground but one that is sure to provide a hostile environment as they use every advantage they can. The pitch is currently very wet as Wales has experienced lots of rain over the last two weeks. The pitch will not suit a passing game and we will have to fight our way through to the next round.

Merthyr Players - 3 to watch

Michael Fowler is Merthyrs Club Captain. He signed in the summer from Welsh league side Cwmbran Town. He used to be on the books of Crystal Palace and has had spells at three non-league clubs since.

Craig Steins was Merthyrs leading scorer last season. Signed from Leeds United, could cause us problems.

Ashley Morris is the man we will be trying to score past tomorrow. He is highly rated by the club abnd has attracted scouts from league clubs to moniter his progress. He will be hoping to use nationwide coverage to further his reputation.

Prediction

I cant believe im saying this but a draw or win and i would take it now!! This the Banana skin of Banana skins!!! After Slough this year, surely lightening cant strike twice. Had it been at home i would fancy us to win strongly but an away tie on a Friday night, things change. I think we will draw 1-1
