Walsall's locally 'adopted' FA Cup qualifier in 8 goal thriller

Friday saw Walsall MAD announce our new feature to follow a non-league team's progress in the FA Cup until there are non left in the competition.

First up, Walsall MAD has chosen Boldmere St. Michaels of the Midland Football Alliance. On Saturday they made the trip to Ledbury Town of the West Midlands Premier.

The result was an amazing 6-2 away victory for Boldmere. The full match report is available at:

Next up for Boldmere St. Michaels is another away tie, with the short journey to Rushall Olymipic. The game will be played on September 1st at 3pm. We will of course be following the progress of the local interest First Round Qualifier.
