Walsall FA Cup draw news

Walsall have been drawn away to Macclesfield Town in the first round of the FA Cup.
In the League this season Macclesfield have failed to win a home game in eight attempts. Their record stands at P 8, W 0, D 3, L 5, F 11, A 18. They also lost at home to Stockport County in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Of course this record bar one defeat was under the previous management, so by the time Walsall visit on Saturday 11th, Macclesfield could be a different proposition.
Walsall and Macclesfield have only met once in the FA Cup before. This was back in 1997 and Walsall were the victors with a remarkable 7-0 scoreline.
This season Walsall defeated Macclesfield 2-0 at home. The statistics from that day:
