Two players shown the door

The Express and Star have reported Walsall's Marco Reich and Paul Boertien will not be offered new deals and will leave at the end of their contracts in a few weeks.

These departure leaves Walsall with just 17 senior professionals and six teenagers. Hardly appealing to any in-coming manager?

Boertien has struggled with injuries both in his career and at Walsall, being a high earner it is believed Walsall did not want to take the risk.
