Tai in training up north

I have recieved information from Darlington that Taiwo Ateino has remained up north and that a loan deal could be concluded in the coming days. The only stumbling block is that a new Chairman (George Houghton) has just been installed and he might be prepared to give the club some of his personal fortune for their play off push. This could see Darlington raise their player search with a higher pedigree striker in mind.

Tai is currently nursing a thigh strain but this is likely to clear up in the coming week. The move deal proposed is a loan and then the situation will be assessed at the end of the campaign.

Tai impressed in his 45 minute reserve run out during the week, he scored a goal for Darlington in the game against Lincoln City.
