Walsall will next week take a look at Willenhall Towns 21 year old striker Dean Perrow. The young striker has been a sensation for Willenhall this season scoring 15 times from 9 outings. The Saddlers management team want to take a closer look at the kid to see if they believe he can make the step up to our level.

Walsall were alerted to the striker after seeing him catch the eye while watching the progress of Lee Vaughan and Sean Platt.

Walsall desperately need striking reinforcements as we currently only have Matty Fryatt and Jorge Leitao. Jorge quite often drops into midfield and Ishmel can play up front but he prefurs a left wing position. Our only other recognised striker Ruben Darius Larossa is currently out injured with a groin strain.
