Keith Stroud is from Dorset. He was elected on to the national list of Assistant Referees in 2000 and made the elite list in 2002. In 2004 he was promoted to the national list of Referres and he was also appointed a Fifa assitant.
Keith refereed the 2004 Nationwide Conference Play-Off final and was an assistant referee at the 2002 Division 3 Play-Off final.
