Colin started refereeing in 1988 and progressed through the Wearside and Northern Leagues before being appointed to the national list of assistant referees in 1994 and the referees list in 2000. He was an assistant referee at the 2000 FA Trophy final.
Webster has taken charge of 34 games this season and has shown 107 yellow cards and 11 reds. He has not taken charge of any Walsall or Bristol City games this season.
