Platt and Vaughan about to be released?

I have recieved murmours that Lee Vaughan and Sean Platt have either been or about to be released by Walsall. Both have recently been on loan at Willenhall Town and are seen to be surplus to requirements at Bescot. Vaughan in particular recieved great reviews from his loan performances and many Walsall fans believed he would get a first team chance in time. Vaughan has already attracted attension from Conference side Halifax Town. It is expected that later this week there will be an official comment from the club.
