Pead Signs Permanent Deal

The 23-year-old defender, who had been on loan with Walsall from Coventry City since March, has signed a two-year deal at the club.

"I am delighted to have signed for the club," Pead told the club's official website.

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time here at the end of the season and wanted to make the move permanent. Hopefully we can maintain our standards."
