Opposing manager Horton's view on Walsall win

After their 2-0 defeat, Macclesfield manager Brian Horton had the following to say on his clubs official website:

"We had our chances today, but losing the first goal always makes it difficult for us. Rob Scott had a great chance, we had 10 or 12 corners, and their keeper's made a world class save from Dave Morley long range, and then the 89th minute goal was a real sucker punch for us.

I couldn't have asked any more from the players today, they gave their all again. They're disappointed with the result, but not down, and they shouldn't be. We have to keep giving performances like that, and in front of the home fans next week.

Torquay have won today, but a few sides around us have lost. We'll keep our heads and if we carry on doing that and giving those types of performances it'll come. Richard Money's (Walsall manager) said that we've been the best side they've played all season, they're pleased with the win and they said that at Lincoln after our game down there too."
