Craig Pead has been Mr. Versatile this season. He has played a part in 17 games this season, missing just one. His appearances have come in a variety of positions.

Previous to this season Pead has been used as a right back. Richard Money, since arriving at Walsall has identified Pead as having the qualities to play as midfielder too. This has probably arised from Money knowing Pead as a youth player coming through the ranks at Coventry City.
