Chris Westwood is currently club captain and Michael Standing is his stand in. Both of these players are not the first choice for their positions so is this still correct they hold the arm band? Surely the captain should be a first team regular who lets his performances guide the rest of the team. Someone who organises the men around him and not afraid to speak up. Someone the fans and the team respect alike? Someone who shows heart, pasion and desire?
