Money on defence

Richard Money has revealed that the suspended Chris Westwood and Ian Roper will sit out Walsall's final pre-season games. Instead he will be using players available to start in the season's opener against Rochdale during the friendlies against Camarthan Town and Stafford Rangers.

'Dick Dosh' has also stated he wishes to bring one defender permanently to add to the squad and is also considering bringing a central defender on-loan to cover for the suspended duo.
