Leeds United in for Walsall defender

Walsall have rejected a bid of more than £250,000 from Leeds for defender Daniel Fox.

Leeds have targeted the 21-year-old as they look to recruit a left-back during the January transfer window. It is also believed they are looking at Fox's best friend and fellow Walsall defender Anthony Gerrard.

The £250k Fox bid was thought to have been a sum made up by numerous add-ons and clauses. It seems we have learnt from previous mistakes in the selling market (particularly January sales) and if Leeds were to get their men, they'll have to fork out a small fortune, money which you'd have to question do they actually have?
