"When things are going well the team picks itself, but at the moment we are down to the bare bones," Bracewell told the club's official website.
"Colin is working hard to bring in reinforcements and hopefully something will happen next week.
"He had a meeting with the club owner earlier this week, with a view to how we move forward and turn our fortunes around for the crucial run-in to the end of the season."
