Kids out on loan, Walsall trialist

Lee Vaughan and Sean Platt have joined Willenhall Town on loan for a month, although they shall both remain in training with the Saddlers.  Although the standeard is not high a least they will be playing games in a period where there is little reserve team action.  Hopefully the lads will pick up a bit of experience that can see them come back and maybe get a loan elsewhere, higher up the football leagues.

Walsall today played a game against Reddich which ended up 0-0.  A team that included Ian Roper, Steve Staunton, Paul Smith fought out the draw.  Walsall took the opportunity to look at a Spanish goalkeeper - Rafael Gonzalez Robles who took his chance to impress by putting in a commanding performance.

Meanwhile Leroy Williams is having a trial with Stoke City after his release last week.
