Keeper injury

Rene Gilmartin was pulled out of tonight's reserve team fixture against Nottingham Forest, after sustaining injury in the warm up. It looked like he injured his knee and should the injury keep him out of action, Walsall will now be short of cover.

Number one Clayton Ince is currrently serving a ten day ban issued by FIFA after his failure to report for international duty. He is also carrying a groin injury so even after the completion of his ban we might not see his return to first team action immediately.

Bertrand Bossu will continue in Ince's place on Saturdayand James McKeown who replaced Gilmartin in the reserve game could step up to the bench in the next couple of games.
