It has been revealed on icwalsall that Ishmel was actually woken up by a phone call asking where he was!! It turns out that he was in bed thinking he had a day off!! Thats why he missed the Bristol City fixture.

The really worrying thing is surely the team planned for the game on new years day? Surely the team came in for loosening up and had a team meeting to discuss the next days game!? Its not even like Ishmel played a big part during our festive period through suspension. This is a utter embarrasment to our football club and something that would never have been allowed to happen under Graydon or Lee where preparation was always key.
