He has certainly earned the call up and i expect him to give a good account of himself. The only downside to this is it raising his profile and can alert other clubs to him.
This time last year the player was playing for the youth team and warmed the bench for the reserves. I bet he is finding it hard to believe how quickly his career is now taking off. I hope he keeps calm and does not let this early recognition and praise go to his head. Mick Halsall im sure will see that it does not.
