Rochdale have signed Nathan Stanton on a free transfer. Stanton has agreed a one-year contract at Spotland after impressing Dale boss Steve Parkin during pre-season.
He statrted the pre-season at Rochdale before leaving to join Walsall on trial, he played one game (against Halesowen) and then returned to Rochdale (pulling out of Walsall's friendly with West Bromwich Albion).
Also arriving at Spotland is forward Daryll Clare who has joined on loan until December 31st.
