Dean Keates emerged as the clear winner of the poll to decide who should become Michael Dobson's midfield role replacement, following his injury. Polling over 50% of the vote the fans are certain but will Richard Money agree?

Dobson's midfield role replacement?
Dean Keates53.7%
New signing12.2%
Other within squad9.8%
Mark Bradley7.3%
Anthony Gerrard7.3%
Daniel Fox4.9%
Graham Deakin2.4%
Kris Taylor2.4%

In the other two games this season Deano has been restricted to late substitute appearances. However Dick Dosh has praised Keates, telling him he can feel unlucky not to have been starting. His professionalism and attitude has been first class and it seems he will get his chance in today's game against Hartlepool United.

Richard Money has recently spoken of his thoughts that Anthony Gerrard could make the transition to centre midfielder. This has been met by a luke warm response in the vote with Gerrard finishing with only 7.3%.
