Chippenham Town boss Darren Perrin today confirmed that Walsall are one of four Leaugue One clubs to enquire about the availiability of striker James Constable.  The other clubs are Swansea, Bristol city and Swindon Town.  Perrin said that the striker will be training with some if not all the clubs in the coming weeks.  The club have said that they will not stand in the players way of joining a football league side.

The striker who plays in the Southern League Premier Division has notched 11 goals this season, 7 in the league and 4 in the FA Cup qualifiers.  He shall be a member of the Chippenham Town squad that faces Worcester City on Saturday, so he may be on Match of the Day goals if he scores.
