"We can take some consolation from the game because that was a great advert for League Two football, because we are trying to do the right things. Towards the end of last season we were holding on and were not playing particularly well. I look at the way we play now and we are exciting to watch, we've got great movement, we pass the ball and we play with passion.

If people want to complain about that, and they have every right to complain, then I would suggest they are being a little bit harsh. I've not heard anyone complaining, it was just a rhetorical question really.

Again, I am proud of the lads. We conceded two goals from good delivery into the box, and that is always going to cause you a problem. I feel for the lads tonight, they've put so much into their game, as they did on Saturday, and we've not got the rewards again. We will have to live with that and move on.

If Andy Warrington had been fit, he could possibly have had the second one, we will never know. That's why we are in the game. It's one of those decisions to not have a keeper on the bench. We did it for most of the season and got away with it, tonight we have been punished for it. We made the decision and we have to go with it.

I think we had more chances than Walsall throughout the game. Andy Warrington produced two world class saves whilst Clayton Ince produced at least one. If we had been a little bit more ruthless in the opposition's box we would have won the game comfortably.

Andy Warrington has done the muscle at the top of his thigh, it's his kicking muscle. We seem to be cursed with keepers at the moment and we have to deal with that, its part of football. We have to deal with it and move on and stop feeling sorry for ourselves, we have to move on.Yes I feel we are unlucky and I feel aggrieved, but there's not much we can do about that.

I don't know if we can bring another keeper in now, we will have a look at it and see, but Alan Fettis will play for the reserves on Wednesday night. It's what football is all about, as one opportunity goes, somebody else gets given an opportunity.

Bish was always the choice to go in goal should we need a keeper. We nailed that quite early in the season for Bish to go in goal. Once the goal went in, maybe we could have been a little bit more positive, but we reacted and Jake Speight nearly got in at the end.

We need a little bit more belief in their box because we are creating a lot of chances now and its taken time to get style of play. I think we are exciting to watch, if people don't think that then fine, they have their opinions. You look at Pugh, Bishop, Blinkhorn and Hurst, they are good exciting talent to watch. We are a young team and we will learn from tonight

We are playing ever so well, we should have got something against Swindon, we should have got something today and we were by far the better team against Bristol Rovers, but we are getting punished."
