Appeal verdict in

Walsall have been unsuccessful in the appeal to overturn Craig Pead's red card; which he recieved in Monday night's FA Cup first round clash with Macclesfield Town.

Pead will now serve a three-match suspension. That started with this weekend's fixture against Hereford United and will also include the home game against Notts County and the Tuesday night trip to Bury on December 5th.
