On Saturday night Walsall MAD carried the poll - Should Kevan Broadhurst stay or go? The fans voted and in great numbers too. 63.3% said time to go and first thing on Monday morning he's out of here!

Surely now this is the most important managerial appointment in the history of the Walsall FC. It cannot have the smallest element of risk. It has to be the right man to help us mount a serious promotion challenge next season. Faliure to do this could see us in the league for years and years.

Is this an attractive post? Well there is a clearout of mass proportions to oversee. It's a great chance for the new manager to mould histeam.
