"We also brought in Jimmy Walker to give us a bit of insurance with the goalkeeping situation. Jimmy is a great pro who has been around for some time. I knew him and always admired him from his days at Walsall. I thought he was the best goalkeeper outside the Premier League in those days so I am delighted to have him here. He is a real good character and will act as cover for the two quality goalkeepers we are fortunate enough to already have here in Heurelho Gomes and Carlo Cudicini.
With Heurelho Gomes currently injured, it seems certain Walker will be on the bench verses Manchester United at the weekend
