Jimmy Walker has not featured in the first team at West Ham this season since recovering from injury. He is behind Robert Green and Roy Carroll (both international keepers) in the pecking order.
Since joining The Hammers he has made only 20 appearances for the club, after finally breaking into the side during his first season, Jimmy broke his cruciate in the Play-off final where West Ham were promoted. Last season after recovering from the serious injury he made three Premiership appearances and kept a clean sheet against Manchester City.
Walker became a instant hero at Upton Park when he saved Frank Lampard's penalty in October 2004, in doing so he became the first keeper to save a peno from the ex-hammer.
