Manchester United's ex-Walsall youngster headed back to Portugal

Manchester United's ex Walsall youngster Evandro Brandao is moving to back to his homeland with a move to Sporting Braga.

Brandao came through the system at Walsall before being snapped up by United two years ago.  The Portugal Under-17 international has confirmed to local media he is joining Braga this summer.

Sporting Braga play at the Axa Stadium, also known as The Quarry, which was built for Euro 2004. In the 2000s, the club gradually became one of Portugal's most successful clubs after the Big Three - Porto, Benfica and Sporting Lisbon. They have competed with relative success in European competitions, winning the last ever UEFA Intertoto Cup in 2008.
