Ishmel sees RED AGAIN!!

Ishmel Demontagnac, returned from hamstring injury on Wednesday night and received a straight red card for an apparent head butt!!

Nicknamed 'ASBO Ishy' by Walsall fans after his series of such events which eventually resulted in his sacking from the club, he saw red after being hacked down, where he should have been awarded a penalty. Not for the first time in his career, Ishy dished out his own punishment.

Blackpool Manager Ian Holloway was understandably livid:

The sending off marred what was a positive workout," said Holloway. "It is very frustrating because we have taken Ishmel on when he was let go by another club.

"He has had the frustration of being on the sidelines with injury since playing against Wigan and scoring his first goal for us.

"It must be frustrating for him but at the end of the day he has to start learning and you can't do those sort of things on a football pitch I am afraid.

"We should have a blatant penalty when Ishmel was fouled. Then he gets up and their player said something. Ish then appears to have headbutted him or certainly put his head towards him - and that really has marred it from my point of view."

The 21-year-old will now be banned for three first-team games but Blackpool Secretary Secretary Matt Williams explains on Blackpool's official website www.blackpoolfc.co.uk:

"As Ishmel was sent off in a reserve, the suspension does not begin for 14 days, however, as the dismissal was for violent conduct he will miss three first team matches, which means he will miss the Doncaster, Scunthorpe and Reading games."

Ishy will be able to play in the three first team games leading upto then, IF Holloway decides Ishmel can be trusted.
