Foxes linked with former Saddler

The Sunday press linked new Leicester manager Martin Allen with a raid on his old employers. The former MK Dons leader is apparently wanting to take ex-Walsall forward Clive Platt with him to the Walkers Stadium.

Now 29, Platt made 42 starts for MK last season and celebrated a record goal haul of 18. For that reason it is understandable why Allen is keeping faith in the players ability and potential to perform at a higher level.
