Celtic are taking part in the Wembley Cup this weekend where they face Al-Ahly tonight and Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday. He has told their official website http://www.celticfc.net he can't wait to pull on the Hoops for the first time and that is expected to be at Wembley.
In an interview he told his new club's website
"It's all happened so fast but I'm delighted to be here, I got a phone call on Thursday afternoon to tell me to head for Glasgow and it's all been a bit surreal.
"This is a massive move for me. I couldn't sleep on Thursday night because I was so eager to get down and meet the lads in London and I can't wait to make my debut.
"I'm a bit shellshocked, but I'm really grateful to the manager and the coaching staff for bringing me here. It's a dream come true.
"The size of Celtic speaks for itself. You have the history, the fanbase, the stadium and there's the added bonus of European football.
"I want to test myself at the highest level and there is no better place to do it than at Celtic. I'm just looking forward to getting started."
It's been a massive year and a half for Fox. He left Walsall in January 2008 for Coventry and instantly made the adjustment to Championship football and quickly won England Under 21 honours. He quickly became a fans favourite and a year later was named in the Championship 'Team of the Season'. Now with his move to Celtic, Fox has the opportunity to play European Football and play on some of the world's great stages.
The Glasgow club host Moscow Dinamo on Champions League qualifying duty on 29 July. The deadline for Celtic to register their squad for the third qualifying round passed on Wednesday night but Celtic can get round that if they exercise the one wildcard option each club has for the competition.
It will be Fox's second spell in Scotland following his loan from Everton to Stranraer in 2005:
