The Daily Mail are this morning reporting Roy Keane has made his third signing of the summer for Sunderland - Chris Baird for £3 million.
Baird had told Southampton manager George Burley he wanted to leave the club after the Saints rejected the advances of Fulham manager Lawrie Sanchez. The ex-Northern Ireland manager refused to pay an over inflated price for the defender so looked eventually elsewhere.
