Ex-Saddler sparks fine for his club

Chester City have been fined £1,000 and warned as to their future conduct by the Football Association after admitting a misconduct charge.

City had admitted a breach of FA rule E20(a) - failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.

The charge related to a league game at Barnet on 28 October, in which City's Roberto Martinez was sent off late on.
