Weymouth Football Club have announced that former Walsall defender Andy Tillson will be new manager's Matty Hale assistant.
Matty, a Terras playing legend at left back, is taking his first job in
mangement after cutting his coaching teeth as part of the Blue Square
Conference South set-up at Team Bath where Andy Tillson was head coach.
Now in a 'role reversal' the two will look to change the fortunes of Weymouth who registered just 1 point in the last 16 games of the 2008/9 season after their financial meltdown.
