Ex-Saddler loaned to Basingstoke

Scott Fitzgerald who had a short and very unsuccessful spell at Walsall last season has joined Basingstoke on loan from Brentford. The striker joins following a similar spell at AFC Wimbledon.

Basingstoke are currently struggling at the bottom of the Conference South.
