Ex-Saddler extends Northampton stay

Ex-goalie Lee Harper has signed a twelve month contract extension with Northampton Town. Lee was one of the many keepers who came to Bescot try and dislodge James Walker. Of course he failed to do so and only made 5 appearences for us during the 2001/2 season.

After leaving Walsall, Harper joined Northampton Town where he has managed 178 appearances in four seasons. Last season the now 34 year old started 50 games in Northampton's promotion success.
