Last updated : 27 October 2009 By Andy Van Hagen
Ex-Saddler James Mckeown was thrown into action replacing Joe Lewis in goal for Peterborough against Blackburn Rovers.

At the time of the sending off with 42 minutes gone, the scores were level at 1-1 but the first bit of action for McKeown was to face a penalty following Lewis bringing down Morton Gamst Pedersen which accounted for his dimissal. Stephen Reid calmly slotted the ball home.

In the second half Michel Salgado, Benedict McCathy and Nicola Kalinic all broke the defences, with the latter notching a penalty and McCathy scoring a pile driver from outside the area.

This was McKeown's second appearance off-the-bench this season covering for Lewis, with the first coming against Nottingham Forest.
