David Kelly finally to complete switch

Walsall legend David Kelly has finally been given the go-ahead to join Derby County. The former Saddlers ace was Assistant to Derby manager Billy Davies at Preston North End but was placed on gardening leave after Davies's departure.
Preston initially refused to release Kelly when Davies wanted to take with him to Pride Park. Although, after months of negotiation on Monday, Kelly will start his new position as Derby County Assistant Manager, throwing his weight behind The Rams fight for Premiership survival.
