Benjamin leaves Posh to link up with ex-Walsall team-mate

Peterborough United and striker Trevor Benjamin have parted company with the experienced front man expected to join Kris Taylor at Hereford United in the next 48 hours.

Benjamin has left London Road by mutual consent after two years at the club. He scored eight goals in 47 league games for 'The Posh' and had loan spells with Walsall and Boston United last season. He will go down in Walsall history as the goalscorer who fired us to promotion at Notts County. His 11 goals last season was his best return since his Cambridge days.
