Possible FIVE game ban for MK Dons star!?

Last updated : 14 January 2007 By Andy Van Hagen
MK Dons striker Izlae McLeod was sent off in the 1-0 defeat away at Hartlepool United.

McLeod saw red for violent conduct but, it is his 3rd red card of the season. FA rules indicate he will serve a five game ban, three for the incident and two additional for the previous red cards. This will see him miss the following games:

H Barnet
A Rochdale
A Bury
H Macclesfield
A Bristol Rovers.

McLeod has been in sensational form for MK and has scored 9 goals in 11 games. This made him look a certainty to attract higher league interest during the transfer window, but now this now must look unlikely.

5 game ban.
3 for the incident today and 2 for the previous red cards.

If the ban is indeed five games, MK will lose their main goalscoring threat. This must be advantage promotion opposition?
