The 24-year-old has agreed an 18-month contract with the Dons, with the option of a further year. He joins having scored 19 goals in 35 appearances (25 starts) for the Swans. With a goal to game ratio like that you would think Swansea would have wanted to keep hold of the player, but he fell out of favour with boss Kenny Jackett in October.
He was subsequently loaned out to Barnsley but he failed to find the net in his December loan.
