Leeds decision only hours away

Last updated : 01 May 2008 By Andy Van Hagen

Leeds will find out the ruling of their appeal against the 15-point deduction imposed by the Football League at 1700.

A three-man arbitration panel will make the announcement at the Offices of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and could give back the 15 points, confirm the punishment or give a proportion of the points back.

Leeds have secured a play-off spot, that is their's but if all the points are reinstated they would go up automatically which would cause uproar in League One and could cause counter claims from disadvantaged sides, particularly from Doncaster, Forest and Carlisle United.
