Macclesfield manager Paul Ince is considering playing one final game in a bid to help his side avoid the drop.
Ince has not picked himself for the team since joining the club in October but may now do so with his side only two points above the drop zone.
Ince told the BBC :
"I've not ruled out the possibility of playing. It might be on the last day of the season against Notts County we need somebody to come on for the last half hour to calm things down. I've been training with the lads and it's not out of the question."
