Walsall will have another local(ish) derby next season now that Hereford United have been promoted back into the Football League.
Hereford beat Halifax 3-2 after extra time in the Saturday's Conference Play off final. Goals from Williams 34, Ipoua 80 and Green 108 sealed the win in front of 15,499 fans at Leicester City's Walkers Stadium.

Hereford were relegated from the Football League on the final day of the 1997 season when they could only draw 1-1 against second bottom side Brighton. Other teams in the 3rd division that season included Fulham and Wigan, both of course now Premiership sides.
