Doncaster Rovers have extended the loan deals of Ipswich Towns 33 year old midfielder Kevin Horlock and Middlesbrough's 19 year old midfielder David Wheater by one month.

Doncaster are also in discussion with Horlock about making his transfer permanent at the end of the season. Horlock is out of favour at Portman Road and has been told he can leave on a free transfer should he find himself a new club.

The experienced midfielder formerly of West Ham and Manchester City has made 6 starts for Rovers since his arrival while the rookie Middlebrough midfielder has made 5 starts. Wheater's only Premiership appearence for Boro this season was he came off the bench during the 7-0 thrashing by Arsenal.
