League Two side Darlington have outlined their reasons for sacking manager David Hodgson. The decision followed a investigation into an alleged breach of Football League rules concerning payments to agents.

Hodgson was officially dismissed on 4 October after being suspended from his duties on 30 September after months of fallout after fallout. Hodgson has been in charge of the Quakers for three separate spells. He has said he is taking legal advice, but Darlington say they have passed their findings on to the FA and the Football League.

It looks like this arguement could run on and on.
