Cheltenham beat off adminstration

Cheltenham Town manager Martin Allen has revealed that all the players at the club have been told they can leave because of finance troubles.

The Robins are struggling financially but have managed to stave off going into administration.

In the last few days Cheltenham have lost goalkeeping coach Alan Fettis, midfielder Alex Russell and striker Lloyd Owusu (to Brighton) - all as cost-cutting measures. While Ex-Saddler Chris Westwood has seen his loan spell come to an end by being recalled by parent club Peterborough
