The BBC have reported a press conference this afternoon will confirm Bournemouth have gone into administration and therefore been docked 10 points.

With the club being around £4m in debt they've been handed a winding-up petition by HM Revenue & Customs. Business recovery specialists Begbies Traynor have been appointed as the club's administrators.

The points deduction will send them to the foot of the League One table, two points adrift of Port Vale and 12 points from safety.

The Cherries join Luton and Leeds who have all endured -10 this season for adminiatration.
